Mobility by poverty rate

Statistics for mobility by poverty rate are incorrect. Perhaps reading from the wrong cell. At least with the St. Clair-Superior neighborhood geography.

Found the problem -- was using the margin of error variable instead of the actual variable. This should be corrected now.
