Handle user changes made during init & indexing downtime

When edits are made while indexing a file or on extension init, need to keep track of these and somehow reconcile them (store them and then buffer the events so they occur after init completes)

Problem occurs only when user makes changes that are unsaved prior to init completion. All other changes handled by reconciliation module
