Github Script Failing to Delete Temporary Capacities created during auto- Scaling. Causing high commercials

We have faced multiple issues which has resulted in creation of Temporary Capacities(without deleting them) and shooting our commercials. The script either fails at Step 4 or Step 3.

Please check why these capacities are left undeleted . We have raised multiple Tickets with Microsoft for this.
