Currently, there are some short-lived connection issues from time to time that fix themselves quickly.
When bb_monitor happens to check exactly then, it throws a false-positive.
Issues should only be reported, if they persist for two consecutive checks. This would delay the notification of a real issue at worst by 10 minutes, which is fine IMO.
