default_internet_connected doesn't work

default_internet_connected doesn't affect state on the resources page for a tile. My expectation in toggling that was that the "Internet Connected" flag would not be checked by default.

We have created an issue in Pivotal Tracker to manage this. Unfortunately, the Pivotal Tracker project is private so you may be unable to view the contents of the story.
