Begin of alpha phase to run the server for a month, from 04/15/2020 to 05/15/2020.
For this, the server must have these abilities:

  1. Store and Fetch Posts and Messages

  2. Encryption and decryption of data with private and public keys

  3. Holding of elections

  4. Serving of the static HTML files.

  5. Creation of elections

  6. Creation of patches.

  7. Reviewing of law code and source code.
