Refactor repository to Next.js/Faust.js

We will be using Faust.js moving forward to interact with WordPress in a way that's more flexible for both our developers and the client. In order to do this, we will need to migrate the project to NextJS and then configure Faust.js to work with NEFAC's WordPress instance.

Some other related objectives:

• Update setup instructions and project structure (and any other relevant info) in README
• Adding protections to prevent unintentional GraphQL mutation queries

Note for #58 - had to replace an icon from @ant-design/icons in NewsSection.tsx with a similar icon from lucide-react as it was crashing the site during the migration to Next.js. This created a visual bug in the news section that should be fixed when updating icons.

In the interest of not withholding others' tickets, I'll merge the refactored project into main and turn the related tasks into sub- (or sepatate) issues

Seems sensitive WPGraphQL queries/mutations enforce authentication by default.
