When I use firefox, the "speak roll" checkbox has no effect, which is fine, Orca's live region support makes rolls and results spoken as they should be.
[I'm using] Debian Testing. Orcas are either from Master or using 3.36.3 (the one
included in Debian). The Firefox 80 is running in a flatpak; that may
be the issue with the 'speak rolls' thing.
