When using Advanced Middle Click in a custom code chest menu, the game crashes if you middle click an item in the chest more than once. This persists through chests, and is somewhat inconsistent.

- Set Custom Code Chest Menu to SMALL or LARGE
- Enable Advanced Middle Click
- Open a code chest and middle click an item in the chest a couple times
