distribution: Homebrew tap (brew install becwright)

Context

brew install is the default reflex for CLI tools on macOS. becwright already ships self-contained binaries per platform for npm (darwin-arm64, darwin-x64) — a Homebrew formula can reuse exactly those artifacts.

Task

• Create DataDave-Dev/homebrew-becwright tap with a formula pointing at the GitHub release binaries (or the PyPI sdist with a python dependency — binary preferred, matches the npm 'no Python' story)
• Wire formula bump into the release workflow (release.yml) so a tag updates the tap
• README install section: add brew install datadave-dev/becwright/becwright

Core-Homebrew inclusion can come later once notability criteria are met; a tap is immediate.
