Sync docs/wiki: remove TODO comments, fix Importer Hub troubleshooting
Sync all pages from docs/wiki for v0.16.0 Generated by tools/sync-wiki.mjs in the main repo — docs/wiki is the source, these pages are derived and should never be edited here. Adds four pages the wiki never had (Forge & Loot, Monster Spell Library, Pit Fighting, Renown) and brings the other 23 up to date after five weeks of drift. Importer Hub gains the Import everything section it had been missing entirely.
Sync all pages from docs/wiki (adds Downtime) Re-runs the docs/wiki -> wiki transform over all 23 pages: strip .md from sibling page links (anchors preserved), rewrite images/ to raw.githubusercontent master, absolutise repo-file references to blob/master.
