Subject: [PATCH] docs(runbook): serve command gains --hindsight-compat +
 sidecar-attach trap

M10 runbook now matches the daemon as actually run on this machine
(the :8080 spawn trap that crash-looped the bounce, the harness
memory wiring proven e2e for #414, and a stale go/ path token).
