Bluey laser cutter docs could be improved

• Layout different to existing "Laser Cutter" page
• Introduce machine & core specs first, before diving into usage details
• Missing section on allowed materials / banned materials (exists on the "Laser Cutter" page, but that page is introduced as though it relates to the orange cutter only)
