What to build

Cloud Phase 2b: AWS SES email on new sell-watch signals; Streamlit dashboard hosted on AWS (App Runner or ECS); Prefect or EventBridge orchestration for multi-step daily flow (ingest → score → sell-watch). Human step likely required for SES domain/email verification.

Acceptance criteria

• SES sends email per new sell signal with dashboard deep link
• Streamlit dashboard reachable on AWS URL reading S3/MLflow artifacts
• Daily orchestration runs ingest + QV score + sell-watch in order
• Documented operator guide for SES and dashboard deploy
