Hello Team,

in 2026_07_01_120000_deduplicate_and_constrain_access_permissions.php

we have a SQL wich is translkated to

ALTER TABLE access_permissions
ADD COLUMN user_id_unique_key
INTEGER GENERATED ALWAYS AS (COALESCE(user_id,0)) STORED;

On Sqlite databases, it triggers an error:

Please tell me which version... Because migration 2026_07_01_120000_deduplicate_and_constrain_access_permissions does NOT belong to version 7.0.1.
