[Feature] "Clear with measure" mode

Hey there,

Currently, to clear boxes you either have to toggle Block Meter with the Remove Boxes on Disable option enabled, or you have to hold SHIFT and hit the toggle keybind to clear the last box. What I'd love is the option to clear the last box using SHIFT plus a measure key (RClick in item mode, Measure without Item keybind, etc). This way, I can keep Block Meter enabled permanently while not creating any additional keybinds for clearing boxes.
