Goal

Validate the visual workflow builder works with production pipelines before beta.

Pipelines to test

1. FASTQ → Drug Target Identification
2. FASTQ → ChIP-seq
3. FASTQ → circRNA Detection
4. Single-cell RNA-seq (Seurat)
5. WES → Variant Calling

Acceptance Criteria

• Each pipeline renders correctly as DAG
• All nodes have correct tool/plugin labels
• Edge connections match actual data flow
• Run button submits correctly to TES
