This file is missed on github, but available in ZIP from direct download.
Directory is Library/Device/Nuvoton/M480/Source/GCC/

We use this on M481SIDAE mcu.

Please use gcc_arm.ld which is the gcc_arm_128k.ld.
You can "diff" gcc_arm_64k.ld, gcc_arm.ld, and gcc_arm_160k.ld, and you will find the only difference is RAM size.
