Global Variable Description to Doxygen

@harshateja-garimella Can we create a Doxygen page or area with global variables? The thing I would like to see early is how you store the coordinate array and connectivity array. They should be named this correct??

We have it in the functions.h header file.

There is a variable called mesh - a pointer array of different Mesh objects. There Mesh objects have nodes and connectivity variables.
Nodes and connectivity matrices are not directly global variables.

yes, I understand, but we should describe somewhere how we reference nodes and elements. I think you are using an unconventional way...
