Play store release 5.19.16.0 is ahead of other releases and release on this codebase?

A few days ago a version 5.19.16.0 was released to Google Play store.

I can't find any listing of this release outside of Google Play and mirrors like apk pure.

Is this a legitimate release, and if so why is the Google Play release version ahead of both this repo and distros like FDroid?

Warning

Several phone manufacturers are pushing non-official versions as "updates", this is totally not needed and should be investigated as a high priority security issue.

For example, Xiaomi, is trying to push version 5.20.21.0 although your official one is only at 5.20.8.0.
