For installation I had to change the default devtools::install_github("RadicalCommEcol/CleanR", build_vignettes = TRUE) to devtools::install_github("RadicalCommEcol/CleanR", build_vignettes = FALSE)
I may lack some R packages to build the vignettes but the error didn't tell which ones.
