Move-to-done guards per parity: ship dialog on open checklist items or blocked flag (Cancel / Tick everything / Ship anyway), auto-ship after the last tick completes a todo/doing card, shipped-today streak in the header, un-ship on move out of Done, a terminal celebration (respecting reduced-motion sensibilities - the fog note on celebration UX may resolve here). Soft delete with kill reason prompt (cancel then tombstone), restore, hard delete only from Cancelled with arm-to-confirm. Resolution: merged PR.

Binding decision from the map: the celebration is a header ×N-shipped-today streak plus a status-line flash on ship — no animation loop enters the render path.

Resolved by PR #109, squash-merged as 8f86c09. The TUI now provides guarded ship, unship, soft-cancel, restore, and Cancelled-only purge flows with transactional blocker/checklist enforcement, auto-ship concurrency guards, durable shipped-today feedback, and cross-pane input ownership. Exact-head Regression, Sonar, CodeQL, and Socket checks passed.
