README rewritten around the terminal workflow, release workflow updated (no UI build), version bump (minor or major - decide in-ticket against the command-surface change), full regression pass including a live AI smoke, binaries verified. Resolution: the published release.

• Preparatory PR build: prepare v1.0.0 release #112 merged as 5b89482.
• Exact-main Quality run 32108155137 and CodeQL run 32108155019 passed.
• Hosted release dry run 32108411220 passed at that exact commit; publication run 32108831651 then succeeded.
• Immutable releases were enabled before publication. The final release is immutable, non-draft, and non-prerelease.
• Annotated tag v1.0.0 dereferences exactly to 5b89482.
• All five CGO-free binaries plus SHA256SUMS were uploaded. Manifest checks, GitHub asset attestations, release attestation, file formats, Go 1.25.8 metadata, module version, revision, target OS/architecture, and clean VCS state were verified.
• Fresh go install @v1.0.0, non-TTY help, local CLI, PTY TUI, explicit serve/API, and remote CLI smokes passed.
• A v0.14.2 database retained its task fields, checklist, and comment under v1.0.0, then accepted a new v1 task.
• A real qwen3.5 cloud probe passed. Story drafting returned structured output and left the task list unchanged.

No tag was moved or replaced. Closing as completed.
