[BUG] Got spammed with this error trying to update fornite

Describe the bug

Updating Fornite fails and spams me with an AttributeError.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Rare.
2. Set updates to automatically download when rare starts.
3. Set Rare to start with PC.
4. Install Fortnite.
5. Wait for an update to come along.
6. Open rare while updates are running.
7. Get absolutely pommeled with AttributeErrors.
8. Wait for Rare to say the update has finished.
9. Try to start Fortnite.

Expected behavior

Fortnite updates are automatically detected and installed with no issue. The game is playable after the update.

Additional context

The reason I opened Rare during the update in the first place was because I noticed it had spawned about 12 different worker processes all trying to work on the download, on an 8 thread CPU. I opened it and tried to change the maximum worker processes to 4 instead, and during that was when I got the errors thrown at me.

Huh, very interesting bug, I can see how this happens, I don't see a way on how to fix this while retaining all the functionality involved. Also kind annoying to try and reproduce and to validate after the fix.

FWIW, I am not sure the Fortnite not starting is directly related, but one issue at a time.
