missing news items from 2009 to 2023

The current website (and the repo) only feature news items from 2023 to 2026.
Yet the old page has news dating back to 2009: https://old.tei-c.org/news/page/50/

We should grab those old news, segment and parse them, and transform them to markdown for the current page.

I crawled and transformed the old website news via https://gist.github.com/peterstadler/ead3b0fdd0f6324ced4f5f622162835f.

There's some manual work left:

• remove duplicate titles from existing news items
• fix the transformation issues flagged with "TODO"
• check and fix internal links
