Readme.md file for steam description

Since the addon is open source it would be nice if we could also see the description for it as a readme file so if we were to contribute we could add our own commands with the same formatting

PS: I cant add the documentation label

Will do, just a heads up ive got a local version on my pc which basically rewrites this addon and adds some new features, just haven't had time to push it.
