Add location to Library site directory widget for Libguides

There is a widget we built that is used on LibGuides sidebars that pulls and displays directory info from the library website. It currently does not currently show location data. Can we please add library location data to the LibGuides teaser display?

This change will align it to how staff lists currently display in the library website and also make up for the loss of Blaisdell info that was previously included in the unit title prior to the Research & Learning re-org -- we want it to be easy for users to tell which physical location a librarian is at without extra clicks.

@sbagg this requires editing multiple repos, so make issues as appropriate.

You need to:

• Add the libraries taxonomy to the API endpoint in this repo
• Update the element to show libraries in the theme elements repo
• Update the libguides code to pull the most recent version of the theme elements package
