Geophilic is a mod that subtly improves vanilla biomes (like slightly taller trees so you don't bump your head as often). When using Geophilic with Missing WIlds, Geophilic seems to take priority and prevents polypore mushrooms from spawning on birch trees. Everything else seems to work fine, forget-me-nots, sweetspires, and hollow logs spawn. Maybe Missing Wilds could replace Geophilic's fallen logs with its hollow ones too but that's a minor thing.
