There is no current moderation or reporting system for when a theme or planet violates platform rules (i.e. a theme spreading illegal material or a planet knowingly hosting mass violations of the rules)
Describe the solution you'd like
Allow users to report themes & planets using the same system as threads & messages. Allow moderators to review the contents of a theme or a planet's public profile in reports, and allow moderators to terminate a theme/planet.
