affilinet Performance Ads plugin settings blank

Hi I have been trying to add the affilinet Performance Ads plugin in Wordpress v4.95 but unable to configure as the settings page is blank, not able to input Publisher id and Webservice password, is this a known issue and is their a solution.

Did you get any error message in your log files?

No error, I have installed on another test site and all option are available, so I disabled all plugins on my site and tried it, still the same, all you see is the affilinet Performance Ads heading and below blank

Do you have SOAP enabled on your server? Another customer just reported a problem when not having SOAP PHP Plugin installed.
We will check if we can provide an update.

Managed to get the plugin sorted but I now have another problem, currently their seems to be an issue with the ads banners displaying on a secure site, patients running out, I may just give up with the whole idea.
