Design the roadmap for BioShell.nextflow and add basic functionality

As of now the nextflow module doesn't contain anything substantial - we need to design the public API and the roadmap.

The first priority is the interaction with Logfiles and cleanups.

Since kyro is used for serialization - it's better to simply rely on the GraalVM based native image for the minimal code needed to deal with the nextflow cache/UUID/db files.
