Inline docs & Exceptions

Hey, so, I'd like to use the exception type in my docs, and I'd like to generate my Lua API docs from sources, but there's no emmydoc/ldoc tag for exceptions.

as part of https://git.gay/AstraLuma/lunar-eclipse i defined an objectful error system

which i can document in rst like:

.. lua:exception:: Error
    
    The standard root of the error heirarchy.

But there isn't a way to do this inline in lua modules or stubs.
