We are developing some projects that occasionally trigger a 429 error due to exceeding our account’s usage limits, either because the applications make requests too quickly or because many users are using the applications simultaneously. Does BricksLLM handle this error by slowing down the requests to the OpenAI API, perhaps using retries or caching mechanisms?

BricksLLM 本身支持速率限制和重试配置，但 429 通常是上游 API 的限流，不是 gateway 能完全解决的。

几个方向：

1. 配置速率限制 — 在 BricksLLM 配置 针对不同 key 设置 QPS，避免触发上游限流
2. 上游重试 + 退避 — 429 后带 头重试，通常指数退避
3. 加缓存 — 对于相同请求的重复结果做缓存，减少实际 API 调用

如果嫌自己搭这些麻烦，也可以直接用现成的中转平台。 ctoai.xyz 自带智能路由+失败重试，还有流量控制，省去自己维护 gateway 的成本。
