Read only access for GitHub projects

Hi and thanks for your efforts for this app. I would like to try it out but it requires write access to all public and private projects under my account and I am not comfortable with sharing it for security reasons. I wonder if it is possible to have this app only request read only permissions to work?

As a workaround I could potentially for the project and deploy it and my own github app credentials

Then you wouldn't be able to perform actions like add comments/reactions/close issues/etc

To me this is a decent tread off as I am happy to open linked PR/issue and comment there directly. As long as I could use the app as notification hub this would cover everything. Do you think this can be added to this project or would a fork be the only solution here?
