Print FX redesign with libav

[djdiskmachine]

Port to using Libav has been initiated
It builds fine for x64 and bittboy
Bittboy barely useable, rendering takes a super long time. Consider adding a config.xml option default off

Port is ready for testing for all devices that have a toolchain of ffmpeg lib 7.0 or 4.4
Consider for 1.6.0, add more platforms later on.

TODO:
Multi platform testing
Fix "pad" command, not available for all versions of ffmpeg

Attempt adding on anbernic devices

• Garlic
• Garlicplus (undetermined error)
• RG35XXplus - missing libavfilter (only, other libav exist)
  Miyoo mini - toolchain is missing loads of dependencies 🥲 <-- won't do
• PSP - ffmpeg integration in to toolchain required 💀 <-- TBA
