Feature request: Intercept traffic from a process + all children processes

Thank you for this great project. This is a feature request to expand capabilities documented in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-cloud/dev/dev-proxy/how-to/intercept-requests-from-specific-processes, to capture all children processes for a given process.

Typical use case: Capture only the traffic from Microsoft Scout, currently not easy because Scout spawns many child processes (screenshot below shows some, but there are more depending on scenarios):

Have you tried --watch-process-names option?

devproxy --watch-process-names "Microsoft Scout"

This should track all processes that use the same name.

You can also pass multiple names:

devproxy --watch-process-names "Microsoft Scout" copilot node-runner node

@garrytrinder that is indeed what I do, but in practice it is very far from ideal:

• It assumes I know all the children process names that will be spawned (there are more than what my screenshot shows)
• It does not discriminate to capture only processes that are actual children of "Microsoft Scout". Given the common processes Scount spawns, the amount of noise can be huge
