add export of metadata to ECLGRID2ROFF, ECLINIT2ROFF, ECLRST2ROFF and ECLDIFF2ROFF

For Sim2seis we usually export the eclipse simulation grid and several model parameters (e.g. PORO, SWAT, PRESSURE) to .roff files. This is for visualization in RMS Covisualization. Dynamic parameters (e.g. SWAT) are exported with single dates and 4d diffdates. The issue is that the ECLGRID2ROFF, ECLINIT2ROFF, ECLRST2ROFF and ECLDIFF2ROFF forward models do not produce metadata for SUMO.

We had a brief discussion about this issue and a related one, #678. The current plan is that these forward models will not be supporting metadata for SUMO. As you might know, Sim2SUMO already offers some of these features, and we aim to prevent any duplication. 😄

So I understand the preferred way here is to use SIM2SUMO to send eclipse EGRID, INIT and UNRST data to SUMO with metadata.
According to the user documentation it seems it will send all INIT properties and all UNRST dates in a restart file to sumo (without any selection this will be a lot of data!), but not any difference dates. For analysis of e.g. 4D results and gravity results we would need the saturation and pressure differences for the same time intervals as we have 4D seismic /gravity differences. Is the plan then that webviz will create these differences or how will these data be available for analysis.

While we are waiting for good 4D visualization in webviz I guess we still need to use the RMS covizualization, so we then need to export to scratch using the ECL**2ROFF jobs without metadata and to SUMO with SIM2SUMO with metadata but without differences ?
