When a new member joins the server the should start without the developer role and receive a message from FED Bot welcoming them to the community, followed by asking them the following questions:
- What is your name?
- What is your Email?
- What would you like to known as?
The name and email address should populate a list on Mail Chimp. The last question should set their /nick for them - if this is possible.
Once completed the user should be awarded the role "developer" which will give them access to all the other channels.
