What failure mode should Dataoad reproduce next?

Dataoad v0.1.0 deliberately focuses on ambiguous outcomes around side-effecting actions: duplicate replay, concurrent claims, same-key/different-request conflicts, timeout before and after commit, verifier outages, identity mismatches, contradictory evidence, and lost durable acknowledgements.

What important failure mode is still missing?

A useful answer describes:

• the external action;
• where the effect may commit relative to the error;
• which external identity is authoritative;
• what read-only evidence is available;
• whether absence is terminal and retry-safe;
• the race, restart, or cancellation sequence that could invalidate the contract.

Please do not post credentials, customer data, provider tokens, or raw production payloads. If you already have a reproducible safety or correctness violation, use the broken execution invariant report instead.
