Remote Config Update value

Does anyone know of an example to update remote config values using this library?

I keep getting the following error [VERSION_MISMATCH]: No If-Match header found on UpdateRemoteConfig call and if i create a new Version object with incremented version number, i get Invalid value at 'remote_config.version.update_time' (type.googleapis.com/google.protobuf.Timestamp), Field 'updateTime', Invalid time format: Failed to parse input but i am not sure on the format for this?

I would like to see where i can find the documentation or example for updating remote config values?
