Refactor the releases output

Currently the releases section captures release manager's photo in the generated html page. It would be nice if the formatting is applied on the generated file.

Adding more information to the issue - The issue is raised for generated folder's release template correction. It currently pulls in a lot of data which is not required and not formatted well.
Note that there is also a section of code for external templates. They are different.
