Player Death Event causing custom nametags to disappear

• Steps to reproduce

1. The player with the custom nametag should die.
2. When respawned, the issue should occur.

• Expected behaviour
  The custom nametag should stay after respawn.
• Actual outcome
  Custom nametag dissapears after respawn.
• Minecraft version (Only the latest version is officially supported)
