Humans can now pin comments to elements; the reverse direction doesn't exist — an agent can't say "look at THIS node". Idea from the spec's future-work list: let termchart status / focus (or suggest) carry the same target shape, and have the viewer highlight/scroll to the element (the pulse + tc-pin-highlight machinery already exists).
