Campaign: Full-codebase review (24 findings: 1 CRITICAL, 10 HIGH, 8 MEDIUM, 6 LOW) resolved in commits 1155af4 (C1+12 HIGH) and fabf053 (M/L batch + H7 correction).

  • H7: plugin.json component keys added then corrected per official schema (fabf053)
  • M15: verify-cache.js now reads version from package.json (no hand-maintained mirror)
  • All 7 hooks: stdin capped at 2MB, stdout scan at 200KB with tail-slice (H3/H4/H5/H10)
