请问数据中的type(chitchiat、ask_symptoms、diagnosis、prescribe)是如何标注的？谢谢！

我看到MedDialog和MedDG的原始数据中没有type这项标注，请问能否告知是如何得到response的type呢？非常感谢！

另外，我在VRBot/resource/input/**session_dataset.py**文件中看到：
1. 第46和47行 if response_type is None:  continue。为什么response_type为None时需要跳过，而不进行训练和预测呢？即使这句话是doctor说的。
2. 第66行history = history + [intention_str]，intention_str是目标response的type，在训练和测试中是否引入了额外的关于回复的信息呢？
