get_degopt_coeffs fails for non-number eltypes

Works:

julia> A=Matrix{Any}(randn(3,4));  B=Matrix{Any}(randn(3,4));  c=Vector{Any}(randn(5));
julia> A=(randn(3,4));  B=(randn(3,4));  c=(randn(5));
julia> get_degopt_coeffs(Degopt(A,B,c))

Alt 1. Instantiate as undef instead of zeros. Then it will be hessenberg matrices with undef's instead of zeros in the non-relevant positions

Alt 2. Try to determine T in a different way, e.g. by looking at a specific element in degopt.x.
