Federation with other software forges

Recently stumbled upon https://forgefed.org/ built ontop of ActivityPub as an extension. I definitely think this would be a great feature for GitArena so I will be investigating this in the future.

Implementation path would probably start by allowing other Forges to view our users and repositories

Tangled also recently announced forge federation: https://blog.tangled.org/federation/ (HN Discussion), built on top of the ATProto protocol.
