Perforce compare commands failed when using VSCode as p4 diff tool

Perforce diff commands are not working properly when you use VSCode as p4 difftool, like:

This is because the Arguments settings are ignored when resolving the diff tool exe.
Current workaround is to have a script wrapping the -d -w arguments.
