[eyecare][BUG] Sound notification does not respect Noctalia volume

Bug description

Eyecare does not respect Noctalia's sound settings. The sound alerts will consistently play at full volume regardless of how I set the noctalia-sound slider.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Noctalia
2. Install Eye-Care Reminders plugin
3. Trigger a break

Expected behavior

I expect Eyecare to respect the noctalia-sound slider in the Audio panel, which is currently set to 20%.

Actual behavior

Eyecare plays its alerts at 100% volume.

Installed the noctalia package through yay; invoked on Hyprland startup.

Additional context

Currently using Hyprland as a daily driver, but this is also an issue in SwayWM, so does not seem to be WM-specific.

Submitted a fix in #316 to respect Noctalia's global sound settings and volume slider. Let me know if the issue is fixed on your end, or if there are any changes to be made. :)

Hello! I do have the updated 1.0.1 plugin now, but it looks like the opposite issue is now occurring - instead of not respecting noctalia-sound by playing at 100%, it doesn't respect it by not playing audio at all. The fallbacks mentioned in the commit (paplay, pw-play, aplay) do not seem to be triggering, either.

Submitted a small patch in #322 which should address your issue above. The issue seems to be that the plugin was false-positively reporting sound as disabled when no Noctalia sound packs were loaded, before CLI fallbacks could trigger. The issue should be fixed, provided I haven't made any mistakes🤞. :)

I'm so sorry, but it still doesn't seem to be working for me... :') Ensured I have 1.0.2. I had Noctalia's sound tab open and while I did notice the noctalia-sound bar jump to 100% when the notification was supposed to play, I still didn't hear anything.

I'm not too sure what the issue could be. I'll have to do some more digging. Might take a bit since, I'm going on a vacation for a bit. In the meantime, could you run the following commands in your terminal and share the output? It could help me diagnose the issue.

That's okay! I'm in no rush. Booting my PC up again for the day has restored the sound, but when watching Noctalia's sound menu as the alerts play, it looks like it's using one of the fallback players instead of noctalia-shell today. canberra-gtk-play and pw-play also seem to be erroring out.
