[eyecare][BUG] Break timer cutoff on horizontal bars

Bug description

When taking a break, the break text overflows the bar and is subsequently cut off.

Steps to reproduce

1. Run Noctalia
2. Configure Noctalia to have a left or right bar
3. Install Eyecare
4. Take a break

Expected behavior

I expect the text to either wrap or truncate (by removing the break: string) when the Noctalia bar is horizontal.

Actual behavior

The text string is cut off.
